Everlube® Products Announces Distribution Agreement with Pexa Ltd.

Atlanta, GA October 26, 2004 - Everlube® Products and Pexa Ltd, a distributor of coatings to the aerospace, defense and industrial markets in Europe, have entered into a formal distribution agreement. Pexa has a strong presence in Europe providing a complete line of surface technologies, coating supplies and MRO products to the aerospace and defense industries in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Ireland, and other countries in western and central Europe. Both companies feel there is a strong synergy between Everlube® Products broad line of solid film lubricants and functional coatings and Pexa’s technical strength in coatings, their established customer relationships, and distribution channels in central and Western Europe, which will allow Pexa to offer the highest level of customer support and technical service.
